Proof Civil is a small team of highly capable, creative, and motivated professionals who care about doing great work—and about enjoying the people we work with.
We’ve attended Rockies games, gone on camping trips, set new records at 1UP, immersed ourselves in the Scottish Highland Festival, and may have had the occasional pedicure together, just to name a few of the many things we’ve crossed off our company bucket list.
There’s no room for egos here. Everyone brings different experiences, strengths, and perspectives to the table, and we’re all constantly learning from one another.

Proof works on all aspects of civil engineering design associated with land development projects across the region, and extending across the country. Our work includes grading, drainage, utilities, and site design—the core elements that bring a land development project from concept to reality.
If you’re newer in your career, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all parts of a project, not just one small piece of it. You’ll see how the different parts of a project fit together as a whole. You’ll have an experienced team around you to answer questions, share knowledge, and jump in when you need them. We believe that understanding the bigger picture makes for better engineers, better engineers make for better projects, and better projects make for happier clients.
