The Role

As a Project Engineer, you’ll work directly on civil design and land development projects from concept through construction. You’ll take real ownership over your work, collaborate closely with senior engineers and project managers, and get exposure to the full lifecycle of a project — from initial due diligence to construction documents to site visits. This is a role for someone who wants to grow their technical skills while being part of a small, collaborative team that actually likes working together.

What You’ll Do

• 01Prepare and review civil design plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
• 02Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and other consultants throughout each project phase.
• 03Support permitting and entitlement processes with local jurisdictions.
• 04Develop construction documents and grading plans using Civil 3D.
• 05Conduct site visits to observe existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
• 06Assist in preparing technical reports, studies, and engineering calculations.

What We’re Looking For

• —Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• —2–5 years of experience in land development or civil site design.
• —Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• —Working knowledge of local grading, drainage, and utility design standards.
• —EIT certification preferred; PE license a plus.
• —Strong communication skills and the kind of no-ego collaborative mindset that fits our team.
